1. Scope of Service

Toroq’s service includes Account Management and Customer Experience support, ensuring smooth daily operations and prompt handling of any unexpected incidents.

2. VAT & Pricing

The quoted prices do not include VAT within Cairo governorate, as VAT is not applicable to services provided inside Cairo.
However, for services provided outside Cairo, VAT will be applied in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

3. Agreement Terms

Upon acceptance of the commercial offer, a formal Toroq Service Agreement will be shared for review and signature.

4. Payment Policy

Clients are required to pay 100% of the monthly service cost upfront, according to the agreed payment schedule

5. Operational Flexibility

If any vehicle is expected to be delayed by more than 30 minutes, Toroq will dispatch a spare vehicle at no additional cost.

6. Route & Capacity Changes

Any changes to:

  • Transportation routes
  • Vehicle type
  • Passenger capacity

    must be communicated at least 3 working days in advance to allow for proper adjustments.

7. Offer Validity

This quotation is valid for 15 days from the date it was issued and will expire on:
